Banana Oat Pancakes
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
Mix everything in a blender, let the batter sit for a about 20-30 minutes, and then cook. I like them with strawberries on top or real maple syrup! Enjoy!
